Do you believe in fairies? Join us in creating a magical miniature world amongst the trees in Haig Park's urban fairy forest.

We'll be supplying the loose parts, natural items and special treasures. We need you to bring your imagination, creativity and playfulness to help us build fairy homes and gardens around the trees.

This event is perfect for school holiday fun and a great way to explore one of Canberra's city parks in a different way.

Join us for this wonderful opportunity for kids and their grown-ups to play outdoors with natural materials and create a magical fairy forest in our city's backyard!

Recommended for ages 4 - 10.

What can you expect?

~ Fairy Garden making with Sticks and Stones Nature Playgroup
~ A real life fairy! (Madeleine Tranter Creative)
~ Write a letter to a fairy with our supplied crayons and paper

Feel free to get dressed up as your favourite fairy and enjoy a wonderful activity in Haig Park. And don't forget to bring water, some snacks, and something to sit on!
