With Splendid Gin Bloody Walters, Hair of the Dog Cocktails and refreshing, invigorating juices.
REVIVE ($28)
On the spit we’re roasting mouth-watering free-range Tasmanian pork and Triabunna Butcher Lamb. We’ll have vegetarian food, BBQ mushrooms and corn on the cob. Platters packed with produce from our on-site organic gardens – new potatoes, slaw, salad, gravy and apple sauce.
… and of course, RELAX.
