Once settled and guided into relaxation with Yoga Nidra, you will experience the profound vibration from the live playing Didgeridoo. Fall into deep relaxation and observation as the soundwaves travel along the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yogic central meridian channel, (up and along the mid-line of the body, pausing at energy points, then travelling around the head and returning to the heart area).

Sink a little deeper as the sound and location of the live Didgeridoo meanders around the group.

Each soul present both hears and undeniably feels soundwaves, the same aural sounds delivering palpable vibrations, this combination brings the experience to a whole new group energy level!

For best resutls you will need a subwoofer. This allows you to feel the differences; with and without the live Didgeridoo and shared group energy.

Whilst every effort will be made to make you comfortable, please consider your own personal needs. Expect to be nestled into a beanbag on the floor for 90min, unless you have reserved a different spot.

Tip: A rolled up towel or bolster under the knees is particularly useful for those with lower back issues.

BYO – creature comforts: blanket, bolster, head/eye pillow, scarf, water bottle.

Ticket types -

General Seated Admission - Reserve yourself a seated ticket, sit on the ground, beanbag or one of 4 seats at the back of the room.

Reserved Back Couch Seat - For those who may have difficulty getting up and down from a floor based beanbag there is a couch at the back of the room with 3 spaces available.

Reserved Front Laying - Only 3 spots available to reserve the space to lay down on a Yoga mat at the front of the room.

Assistant Role - Arrive early for unloading and setup, stay late for packing and loading, assist handing out flyers and retail sales. General Seated place for event.
