Welcome! We’re super excited about our retreat on Friday 23 August 2024.

Here’s some important information to prepare for the day. Please complete what’s required.

Please do:

Join our private Facebook group, where we keep in touch and connect click here
We invite you to share a video and introduce yourself (on our Facebook group), tell us:
- Who you are
- Why you’re coming to the retreat
- What’s your intention?

What to bring:

Yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion
Bottle of water
Journal and pen
Sunscreen and a hat for the sun
A camping chair
Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes
Bring Swimmers and a towel, if you'd like to refresh in the pool
Bring your Drum (Djembe) - Please let us know if you have one, if not, we have one for you.

Event Logistics:

Arrival time 6:30am - 7am (Please arrive on time. Being late will impact the experience of the other men)
Opening ceremony starts at 7:30am sharp
Retreats closes at 8pm after dinner and venue needs to exited by 8.30pm
Parking on-site
