Event description

👻🎃🦇👻🎃🦇👻🎃🦇👻🎃🦇

Join us at Manning Library and Manning Community Centre for an afternoon of Halloween fun.

Enjoy creepy crafts and games, do the spooky scavenger hunt, and win prizes at the costume parade.

Costume parade & raffle prizes to commence at 5:30pm for both children and adults.

All attendees including adults require a ticket.

Children under 12 need to be supervised by an adult at all times during this event.
