Join your host Miss Dolly for Halloween Disco Bingo at Palais Hepburn. Dress up in your spookiest, sparkliest Halloween costume. Prizes awarded for best dressed, dance-off & round winners. Be part of the fun and raise funds for your favourite Rainbow Festival! Get your friends together and book a table of 10 OR book individual tickets and make some new friends
