The Friends of 4 Parks’ Halloween Fun on the 161 is back, this year in beautiful and spooooooooky Joyce Kilmer Park. Tricks and Treats!! Mystery prizes!! Slime making!! Tarot readings! A costume parade for people and a costume parade for pets!! An interactive Story Walk with Emit Theatre! You won’t want to miss this creepy, crazy, carnival of costumes, crafts, creativity, community! An afternoon of FREE Halloween fun for the whole family! This year's edition is being co-hosted by the 161 BiD.
