Step beyond the velvet ropes and into Australia's oldest surviving public building after dark, where history and the paranormal collide. Wander candlelit hallways, descend into shadowy rooms and take part in an immersive paranormal investigation unlike any other.

This is not just a ghost tour. You'll become part of the experience.

Using genuine paranormal investigation equipment, you'll participate in interactive experiments including spirit communication sessions, trigger object investigations, the Estes Method and more, as our experienced team guides you through the house's most active locations. Whether you're a sceptic or a believer, you'll never look at Old Government House the same way again.

But Halloween is different...

For one night only, the spirits won't be the only things waiting in the darkness. Throughout the evening, there will be unexpected jump scares, eerie surprises and moments designed to make your heart race. Just remember... not everything that startles you will be one of ours.

Fancy getting into the Halloween spirit? Costumes are highly encouraged! Whether you arrive as a ghost, witch, vampire, Victorian mourner or something far more sinister, we'd love to see your spooky side. Just make sure you can still move comfortably through the house... you never know when you might need to make a quick escape.
