Costumes: Keep costumes respectful. Luna Dark doesn’t allow culturally insensitive or inappropriately revealing costumes. Luna Park can ask guests to change or leave without a refund. Luna Park staff check costumes at entry and have the final say.
Scare content: The haunted mazes include live scare actors, darkness, fog and loud sounds. All mazes are optional. You can enjoy the rides and entertainment instead.
Rides: Loose items aren’t allowed on rides, so bring a small bag or as little as possible. Lockers are available at Luna Park for a fee (not provided by VUPA). Anyone with a health condition, injury or pregnancy can ask for a ride suitability check at the Ticket Box. Guests with broken bones or plaster casts CANNOT ride.
Accessibility: Luna Park is wheelchair accessible and takes part in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program. If you need support on the night, please let us know in the booking form.
Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. Cannot be transferred.
Full refunds are available if you cancel by 11:59 PM on Tuesday 27 October. No refunds after this date.
