Design your bookmark with creepy (or cute) Halloween flair, then make your own confetti by recycling paper scraps and other fun bits and pieces. Once your creation is ready, you’ll learn how to safely seal it all into a plastic pouch, so your spooky sparkles stay put while you shake it! It’s the perfect mix of creativity, upcycling, and Halloween magic.
