It gave me so much more than I expected
Aimee created a lovely, safe atmosphere where there was no judgement, even when he had a cry or feed. It gave me a chance to build my confidence connect with my baby and make friends for life

Join us for a playful, gently spooky Baby Yoga session, with all the calm of the usual class.
Halloween Baby Yoga Special (Graft Pilates, Kings Heath, Wednesday 21 October)
Baby Yoga suits this next stage well, once your baby is holding their head steadier and starting to take a real interest in the world around them, from around 3 months up to fully crawling. The session moves gently through stretches and balances that support the physical development happening at this age, songs, and plenty of eye contact and giggles, just with a seasonal Halloween theme running through it, decor, a few spooky-but-gentle songs, and room to dress up if you'd like to.
It's a single, standalone session rather than a five-week course, so there's nothing to commit to beyond the hour, and no catching up needed if it's your first time or your only visit. Everyone leaves with a keepsake, and there's a seasonal sweet treat for the mums too.
• Supports your baby's physical development through gentle stretches and balances
• Encourages coordination, core strength and body awareness
• Builds confidence in handling and moving with your baby
• Provides a calm, small-group environment with expert guidance
• Gives your baby sensory input through movement, touch and song
• Offers a chance for photos, a keepsake, and a bit of festive fun
• Gives you a relaxed space to connect with other parents
Small groups mean a friendly, familiar feel, even for a one-off session.

Location: Graft Pilates
Format: single session, no course commitment
Suitable for: 3 months to fully crawling

A little seasonal fun, minus the chaos.
Suitable from around 3 months to fully crawling
Just your baby, a change of clothes if needed, and something to sit on if you'd like extra padding, mats are provided. If you fancy bringing along a small Halloween costume for your little one, that's very welcome too, but not at all required.
The usual mix you'd get in any Baby Yoga Workshop, gentle stretches and balances built for this stage of development, songs, and plenty of giggles, just with a Halloween twist. Expect some seasonal decor, a few spooky-but-gentle songs, and time for photos. Everyone leaves with a keepsake, and there's a seasonal sweet treat for the mums too.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Dressing up for Halloween is completely optional, some of you will want to, some won't, and either is perfectly welcome.
Yes, absolutely, partners and family are very welcome to come along to this one.
Very. The session is paced for this age, gentle rather than boisterous, and there's no pressure for your baby to join in with everything, plenty of babies watch, chew a toy, or have a snooze through parts of it, and that's completely fine.
There are car parks off the high street, pay to park, and 90 minutes free options at Aldi and Asda. There is also residential parking nearby.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but there’s never any pressure to socialise if you dont fancy.

All the while mums are able to wind down, reflect and connect with other mums. Would definitely recommend this baby class to new mums and take it up myself again if I had another.
