Description:

It’s Halloween in the AtoZ kitchen, and we’re celebrating with a deliciously dark and seasonal menu! There will be no fingers cut or blood shed during the knife-skills portion of class, but we will be creating some hauntingly good dishes worthy of the occasion. And we'll finish with a dessert that's a touch more satisfying than your kid's half-eaten Snickers bar.

Braised short rib ragù
Squash-parmesan polenta
Roasted red beet + blackberry salad
Black sesame + pistachio madeleines

Registration closes two days before class, as our chefs need time to shop and prep. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. If a request cannot be accommodated for a particular class, we’ll contact you directly. For guests 21 and over, complimentary wine will be served during the seated dinner portion of class. Please do not bring outside alcohol; we ask that all guests consume responsibly.
