Hamstring Tendinopathy

Proximal hamstring tendinopathy is a prevalent and often challenging condition, affecting a range of distinct populations, from athletes to older adults. Despite its frequency, the current evidence on effective management remains limited, leaving soft tissue therapists to rely heavily on trial-and-error approaches. In this comprehensive one-day, hands-on workshop, Jimmy will provide a structured, evidence-informed approach to managing proximal hamstring tendinopathy. Drawing from both his extensive clinical experience and the latest research, he will guide you through best practices for assessment, treatment, and re-assessment of the condition.

Jimmy has been in private practice for over 21 years and teaching at CIT for the last 15 years. Jimmy has a degree in exercise science as well as a practicing soft tissue therapist. Jimmy draws on his clinical skills, personal experience, and current evidence to discuss hamstring tendinopathy including differential diagnoses.
