Kodi's Paw-a-Thon Fur Festival aims to raise funds for Royal Children's Hospital & Australian Animal Cancer Foundation. The event remembers our furry and members of the community who lost their battle, celebrates cancer survivors, and hopes to support those struggling with it. The event seeks to promote fitness in both humans and dogs and to help support cancer research.


On the day there will be market stalls, food trucks, Bassett hound races with jockeys!!! Face painting and more!

Location: Palms Lawn - Albert Park Lake

Date6th November - 9am


40m Dash event descriptions
 

- Doggie dash - Dog (on lead) with owner, over 40m. 1 Entry to the doggie dash is included with the 5k event. 
- Kids dash - For children only, over 40m. Separate entry for this event. 

Events consists of; 

*EARLY BIRD*

- 5km  Run/Walk (Pet friendly optional) & Doggie Dash included (electronic timing) - $25 Early Bird, $30 Standard

- 5km Run/Walk (Pet friendly optional) & Doggie Dash - TEAM of 2 people - $38 Early Bird, $42 Standard

- 10km and 15km runs (electronic timing) - $30 Early Bird, $35 Standard

- Kids U/12 Free in the above events 

Doggie Dash

- 40m Doggie Dash - Free with the 5k - 1 Dog per entry.

- Additional dogs for Doggie Dash - Early Bird $3.00, $4.00 Standard

Kids Dash

- 40m Kids Dash - $2 Early Bird, $3 Standard

Family - 2 Adults & unlimited children - 5k Pet Friendly & doggie dash included $38.00

Note:

* Each Family Entry Ticket, receive two official entries with bibs, eligible for electronic timing and placings.

* Either the parents or children can wear the bibs. 

* If the family would like extra bibs for official entry, electronic timing and eligible for placings - you may purchase additional official entry bibs at $5 per person

Participants should note that Public Liability insurance exists for this event, however, it does not cover individual medical and rescue costs. This cost is the responsibility of each individual participant. Therefore it is highly recommended that your Ambulance cover is up to date.
