In this course we will demystify the world of sharpening, including how to make and maintain a sharp edge, and teach you how to achieve one consistently and easily for their own woodworking tools.

Safely and effectively utilise various tools and jigs for sharpening.
Apply techniques to achieve a polished edge on sharpened tools.
Determine the most suitable sharpening method for different tools to optimise efficiency.
Restoration technics in bring back old hand tools to life.

This course is designed for people of all skill levels with no prior experience required.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own hand tools to practise their techniques learnt.
