Event description
WOODWORKING WITH HAND-TOOLS
with SARAH MURRAY
Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some woodworking experience, this joinery workshop is perfect for women who want to create something beautiful using hand rather than power tools.
Led by our experienced instructor, you'll receive hands-on training and guidance, learning skills and gaining confidence in using hand-tools and making a saw horse. The skills learnt are easily transferable to other joints and projects.
This course will focus on the creation of a traditional style saw horse. It can be made small or large, as a piece of furniture, eg a low wide hop up stool, or as a valuable addition to your workshop.
