Handcrafted Botanical Skincare Workshop
Description
A hands-on workshop where participants learn to create their own botanical skincare products using locally harvested plants and local beeswax. Participants will learn about the skin-nourishing properties of common local plants, sustainable harvesting practices, and simple formulation techniques they can replicate at home.
Workshop content shifts with the seasons to address different skincare needs and feature different plant offerings throughout the year.
What to expect:
• Expert-led hands-on skincare making workshop
• All materials including locally harvested plants and local beeswax
• Each participant takes home a tin of handcrafted botanical skincare
• Printed recipes for making sustainable natural skincare products at home
• All ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced.
• Content rotates seasonally to feature different plants and address seasonal skincare needs.
The Saturday Circle
This event is part of the Saturday Circle, a monthly repair, share, regeneration, reuse and resilience-building get-together at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, 27 Munda St, Randwick. Held every second Saturday of the month, most events are from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
