Event description
Canberra Choral Society (CCS) invites you to participate in our end of year concert as part of the CCS Come & Sing Chorus.
Our Chorus is open to all singers, including those with no choral experience.
We will direct you to online resources that will help you to learn by ear if you need to. If you have some skills at reading music you’ll have a head start, but it’s not compulsory.
To ensure the highest performance standard, you will be expected to attend all rehearsals, to listen to the resources and to practise at home.
Please check the rehearsal schedule and ensure that you can meet this commitment.

Payment is not required at this stage. Once the Come & Sing team have looked at all applications, offers will be made and fees will then be due.

1. The Canberra Choral Society (CCS) Come & Sing Chorus is open to all singers and will be part of a professional performance presented by CCS. In order to maintain its performance standards, CCS will determine final offers once applications have been received, ensuring that the choir is harmonious with balance across the parts, and of a size that fits safely on stage and follows agreed plans, protocols and restrictions. |
2. If a participant cancels their place before rehearsals start on 13 October, they will be refunded 90% of their fee. After this there will be a 50% refund. If a participant is unable to attend due to other reasons refunds are available at the discretion of Canberra Choral Society. |
