Do you have an idea for a business in the kink/bdsm realm? Are you working on a community project that requires funding?

This workshop is for you!

Handle Ya Biz explores the practical and personal lessons that come from building a career in the adult industry: not as a formula for success, but as a reflection on the skills, systems, and mindset shifts that emerge from doing this work.

Drawing from my own experience as a professional Dominatrix, educator, and adult industry worker, this workshop explores how sex workers navigate independence, professionalism, emotional labor, and sustainability while building lives and careers on their own terms.

Learn how to navigate the complexities of the Adult Industry, set up structures that support your work, and explore best practices for adult industry businesses.

About the Instructor:

Madame Mona Notte is a professional Dominatrix, educator, and speaker who explores the intersection of power, pleasure, healing, and consent. Drawing on years of experience in the BDSM community alongside a background in public policy and nonprofit leadership, she brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed perspective to conversations about dominance, negotiation, and intimate communication.

Known for making complex topics approachable, Madame Mona teaches workshops that challenge conventional wisdom while offering practical tools participants can immediately apply. Her work centers authenticity over performance, encouraging people to develop relationships with power that are grounded in curiosity, compassion, and informed consent.

Whether facilitating workshops for kink communities, coaching emerging Dominants, or speaking on healing-centered approaches to BDSM, Madame Mona believes that power exchange can be a profound vehicle for self-discovery, connection, and personal growth.
