Handling Confrontation

Event description

If you’re a business owner, sometimes you must confront suppliers about late deliveries, staff on poor performance and even clients on their unrealistic expectations.

Yet not every business owner is equipped with the personality type or the driving desire to confront people. Yet this one skill can prevent staff from using you, clients from running all over you and suppliers from taking you for granted.

Even though it’s often said that naturally aggressive people make great business owners, it is not aggression but an ability to handle confrontation that really sets apart the business growers from the non-performers.

At the core of confrontation is the need to have difficult conversations.

In this webinar, you’ll:

- learn how to have difficult conversations

- build your communication skills

- improve your work relationships, teamwork, and business performance

You’ll learn how to identify underlying differences in work styles, goals, and power dynamics and change the way you see conflict from being something to avoid to being an opportunity.

This workshop will be held both in person at Business Station Darwin and online via Zoom call. The link to the call will be sent 48 hours a 2 hours before the workshop.
