What should I do to prepare?

If you'd like to cook along with Missy, feel free to have the following ready to go!

EQUIPMENT
- oven & tray
- stove & large pot
- potato ricer or box grater or potato masher
- small pairing knife or similar
- pastry card or cutter

INGREDIENTS
1kg Dutch cream or sebago potato
60gm Parmesan grated
2 egg yolks
110g flour(extra for dusting the bench too)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Who will be teaching?

Missy martin (she/her) is a 30 year old Sydney based female chef.

She is also the Owner/Operator of Food Thrills - a catering and events company.

Prior to running Food Thrills she enjoyed working as a Chef within the fine dining and pastry world.
