After this class, you’ll be able to entertain with ease, using this delicious yet not too difficult ravioli dish, that will delight friends and family.

What will we cover?

In this hands on pasta-making workshop, you'll be making handmade ravioli filled with fresh ricotta and spinach, pan fried with butter and sage sauce.

You will learn:

- How to make pasta dough from scratch.
- Tips and tricks on how to make your dough with and without a pasta machine.
- How to make a delicious and simple vegetarian filling.
- How to assemble ravioli for best cooking results.
- How to cook a sauce you might expect to taste at a restaurant.
- How to store your ravioli for future pasta dishes.

And best of all, you will get to gobble up the fresh ravioli at the end of the workshop!

What should I bring?

If you have a pasta machine and want to bring that to practice on —fantastico!

But otherwise everything will be provided!

Feel free to bring a notepad and pen if you like taking notes!
