Handpan Hangout & Mindful Meditation

Join us Thursday Oct 24th at Wishing Star Farm for a special edition of Twilight Sound Immersion. This event will start with a community based gathering for handpan players and people curious about playing varying instruments used during Sound healing performances. Whether you are experienced at playing hand pan or curious about the instrument. Come join us from 5:30- 7:30pm for an explorative session of community music play hosted by Crown Creator Studios and Stephanie Biltz (Wild Woman Circle Facilitator)

Don't have a hand pan but want to come? Dont worry, there will be instruments provided including frame drums, shakers, djembes, a few extra hand pans and acoustic instruments floating around.

After the community music play, we will move into our weekly special evening event. This evening will be concluded with a 30 minute guided meditation. Starting at 6:45pm, we will journey through the shadows of darkness and into the bliss of light healing. Find your light among the darkness. As the days grow longer, we will find comfort in embracing transition and the power of transmutation.

At the conclusion of this event we will hold space for journaling and communal conversation.

Stay for both or come for one. The choice is yours.

Things to Bring:

A handpan or any instrument you may want to play or have with you (If you don't have one, no worries, we have extras!)

Yoga Mat/Floor Cushion/Folding Chair (we will be laying or in a seated position for a few hours and want to be sure you are as comfortable as possible, if lying or sitting on the ground is not an option for you please feel free to bring a comfortable chair)

Eye Pillow (optional)

Pillows/Bolster

Blanket(s)

A open mind

Masks Optional (unless otherwise mandated by the Federal or State government)

Anything else you may need to be comfortable, snacks, water etc.

Journals optional
