Hands in-front

This workshop is all about hands in front variations! Going through various ties with arms and hands in front, we will put a range of harnesses into scenes from floor plays to partial and full suspensions.

As with any workshop, class exercises are always able to be adapted, you can always limit or tone down any activity if needed. If you are concerned about any required skill level, please reach out. However, please know that if you are not quite up to suspension for example but still want to learn some ways to tie hands in front harnesses this is not a problem at all! we will cater to varying skill levels
