About Awakening To Spirit

Awakening To Spirit provides a welcoming space to explore intuition, spiritual awareness, healing and personal growth in a supportive,
non-competitive environment.

With over 35 years experience exploring spirituality, natural healing and intuitive senses, Karen incorporates her lifetime of natural awareness with her intuitive abilities to guide her healing work and to help others expand their spiritual awareness for personal growth.

Through the Spiritual Awareness Group, participants can explore a different intuitive topic each month, with practical exercises and opportunities to learn, practice and share experiences with like-minded people.

Awakening To Spirit also offers natural therapeutic support for emotional wellbeing, with a focus on helping people dissolve the build-up of emotional trauma held within the body and energy system.
Karen has a passion for supporting veterans and emergency service workers experiencing PTSD, as well as anyone seeking greater emotional balance and wellbeing.

Whether you are beginning your exploration or have been on your path for many years, you are warmly welcomed to attend any of the groups offered by Karen at Awakening To Spirit.
