Event description

For adults

Join the talented Chef, Tim Greaves, for a hands-on workshop combining a unique culinary experience with the history and tradition of seasonal preservation.

Participants will prepare three delicious recipes from around the world using local, farm-grown, and organic produce, including wild, foraged ingredients.

Enjoy a natural probiotic welcome drink and tastings, before taking home recipes along with newfound skills that will help you reduce food waste, make the most of seasonal flavours, and reconnect with traditional skills. Leave with confidence, inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for the historic art of preserving the harvest.
