Event description

If you’re looking for a truly unique cooking experience in Melbourne, this is it. Japanese chef Rieko will warmly guide you through making fresh tofu from scratch, then you’ll join Cristina for a hands-on cooking session to turn your tofu into a delicious three-course meal.

This intimate class is all about slowing down, sharing good food, and learning something new together. You’ll explore tofu as a nourishing, versatile ingredient and enjoy each dish you prepare in a cosy, communal setting.

Whether you come solo or bring a mate, you’ll leave inspired, full, and maybe with a few new friends.

Your ticket includes:

  • A tofu-making demonstration by Rieko

  • A hands-on Taiwanese cooking session with Cristina, preparing three tofu dishes

  • Tastings of each dish

  • A recipe card to take home so you can recreate it yourself
