Tim Hawkins
Tim Hawkins is one of Australia’s most experienced Directors of Photography, with more than 30 years working across broadcast television, documentary and factual entertainment. Beginning his career at the Nine Network on programs including A Current Affair, Sunday and Sixty Minutes, Tim has since built an impressive freelance career shooting some of Australia’s best-known television productions, including Who Do You Think You Are?, Todd Sampson’s Body Hack and Selling Houses Australia. A lifelong Sony user and Sony Digital Imaging Ambassador, Tim combines decades of production experience with an intimate understanding of Sony’s Cinema Line cameras, making him the perfect person to answer the questions that matter to working filmmakers.
Nick Fraser
NSW Camera Specialist for Sony Australia. With over a decade of experience shooting a vast range of genres, Nick specialises in Commercial + Editorial Photography and Film. Nick’s work has taken him all over the world. From his origins in music + event photography, Nick photographed some of the worlds biggest artists, touring both nationally and internationally. He has photographed for the Prime Minister, the Coptic Pope, and many of Australia’s leading Universities. His work has been published in magazines such as The Australian Financial Review, Forbes Magazine, the Sydney Morning Herald, the BBC; on billboards, National Television, and his videos have seen millions of views worldwide. Nick has worked with clients that are considered leading brands within the automotive, music, tech, event, real estate, charity, sports, and educations sectors to name a few, along with partnering with many of the top agencies in Australia.
