Join us for a 2-hour handstand immersion at Ridgetop Retreat, set amongst the gum trees just 90 minutes from Sydney.
This workshop is designed to build strength, confidence, and connection in your handstand practice — whether you’re taking your first steps upside down or refining your balance and line.
Through focused drills, partner work, and personalised coaching, you’ll learn:
Alignment and body mechanics for safe, strong inversions
Conditioning and flexibility techniques to support your practice
Mindset tools to overcome fear and find flow
Progressions tailored to your unique goals
We’ll finish with a gentle stretch and grounding practice to leave you balanced and centred.
