Handstands & Mobility Workshop

Come and play upside down with us!
This 2.5-hour Foundations Workshop is designed to build the essential strength, mobility, and body awareness needed for a solid and sustainable handstand practice.
Whether you're new to being on your hands or want to clean up your technique, this session will give you the tools to progress with confidence.
We'll explore:
Joint preparation and mobility drills for wrists, shoulders, and hips
Strength and control progressions to support safe and stable inversion work
Core handstand shapes—including the straight line, tuck, and straddle—and what makes each of them unique
Wall and freestanding entries with plenty of variations for your level
Partner spotting, alignment cues, and nervous system regulation
Expect a mix of technical breakdowns and hands-on guidance, deep mobility and strong holds, and coaching that supports both precision and curiosity.
Led by Chloe & Damien, two coaches who love helping people feel powerful and capable in their bodies—no gymnastics background needed.
