Because no one prepared us for this.

You're not losing yourself. You haven't lost your spark. You haven't lost your mind. You've just never been given the whole story.

Hang on… What Was I Saying? is a live online masterclass for women navigating perimenopause, menopause or midlife who want real answers, a good laugh, and to finally feel less alone.

In one evening we cover why your brain suddenly feels different, why your emotions seem louder, where your confidence went, and the practical tools to move through the fog without losing yourself. Expect honesty, humour, heart, and a screen full of women who completely get it.

Grab your favourite beverage and join us from the couch. If you have wanted this kind of connection but are not quite ready to show up in person, this is your way in.

Led by Susan Judd, workplace culture specialist, author and founder of Hot, Foggy & Fabulous.

Wednesday 12 August 2026, 7:00pm to 8:00pm AEST, live online via Zoom.
