Over 21's Hangout

Mental health looks different when you're neurodivergent.
Led by psychologist and autistic coach Karla Pretorius, this 30-minute hangout is a gentle space to talk about overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and finding balance, as well as anything else you like. Come for validation, support, and shared strategies from someone who really gets it.

FAQ

"Do I have to be 21 or over?" Yes, we have a separate event for under 21's
“Do I have to talk?” Nope.
“Do I need to have my camera on?” Only if you want to.
“Do I have to stay for the whole time?” Dip in and out as you like.
“Can I get a calendar reminder?” Yep! Once you RSVP, you’ll get one straight away.
