Each week you will meet with lovely like minded people to learn research proven strategies to improve happiness, boost resilience and support overall mental wellbeing.

We will set weekly goals and document changes to our mood - like your own personal happiness hack science experiment!

You will also have the option to be paired with your very own accountability buddy who will be there to cheer you on throughout the process.

There will be limited spots so the group can be cosy and small.

One you have signed up, you will be sent a pre-workshop questionnaire so I can get to know you a little better and match you with your buddy!

WHO WILL BE TEACHING?

delsi (she/her) is a qualified secondary and adult education teacher and coach. She is the Founding Director of the LGBTQIA+ organisation Unicorns and Manager of the adult workshop space Laneway Learning.

delsi was recognised for her work in LGBTQIA+ leadership in 2020 when she was named in the Top 50 Australian LGBTI Leaders List according to Google and Deloitte. She was also a finalist for GLOBE LGBTI Person of the Year in 2019.

She fell in love with the world of positive psychology after working hard to overcome her own mental health challenges and has completed numerous courses on the topic including the Science of Wellbeing created by Dr Laurie Santos.

Please Note - This workshop is not a substitute for therapy or other mental health support. Look at this as an awesome accompaniment to the other support in your life.
