Growing up in Ashvegas, Bec Sandys has collected a Torana load of stories, and in her new Work in Progress show 'Happy Cabbage', she takes you for a hoon that might blow ya hair back a bit.
So strap in, cos Bec has a lead foot and is known to get air over the bumps.
Part South Island, Part North Island, Bec has stormed onto the NZ Comedy scene using her own brutally honest and hilarious story-telling.
Drawing on her colourful palette of life experiences, she paints a picture of life as it truly is: up and down, absurd, and bloody funny.
Bec has opened for Urzila Carlson, Ben Hurley, Paul Ego, has been a regular on The Projects Whip Around and described by Carlson as 'One of the funniest comics in New Zealand".
Bec was nominated for Breakthrough Comedian at the 2019 NZ Comedy Guild Awards.
