Community Sound Journey's are back at Happy Mountain for 2023.
Join me for a relaxing journey through sound. With my sound healing instruments, including large brass gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, chimes and voice, I will support you into a state of deep relaxation and healing.
Research has shown that sound can have a beneficial effect on body, mind and spirit, facilitating states of deep relaxation where self healing can occur.
Happy Mountain is an accessible venue so all abilities are welcome.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable and relax. For most this will be lying on the floor, so a mat if you have one, blanket and cushions. There are mats and props at the venue if you are unable to bring your own.
If you are unable to lie on the floor or in a wheelchair you may sit in a chair (your wheelchair). Props can be used to assist you to be able to relax.
I want to continue to be able to bring the healing vibes to all who need it so ticketing includes options for concession and to pay what you choose. I look forward to bringing this beautiful experience back to Happy Mountain.
