We are all made up of frequencies, vibrating sound and light waves creating the music of our souls.
In today's fast paced environment our 'music' easily falls out of tune. As we move into 2024 the stressors that impact our bodies and minds are feeling bigger and the need to find a place of peace within is becoming more important than it's ever been.
A Deep Sound Immersion offers an opportunity to take a journey deep into the instrument of our bodies and retune to a more balanced state of wellness.
Enjoy this opportunity to come to Happy Mountain Yoga for the deep relaxation and self healing of a Deep Sound Immersion. These monthly offerings provide the perfect space to let go, release the stress and retune your instrument.
Happy Mountain provides a ground level accessible venue for people of all abilities and the deep relaxation can be enjoyed either lying on a mat or sitting in a chair. You can bring your own mat, blanket and cushion or use one from the venue. It is advisable to be hydrated and bring water to drink to assist with moving toxins and energy released by the sounds.
