Hard G Comedy

Hard G Comedy features husband-and-wife comedians Robyn and Jason Gilleran, delivering a fast-paced, laugh-filled evening of stand-up comedy inspired by real life, marriage, parenting, aging, relationships, and everything that happens in between. Married for 25+ years, Robyn and Jason bring authentic chemistry, relatable stories, and sharp observations to the stage. Their unique perspective as a real-life couple creates a comedy experience that audiences instantly connect with. Whether performing in comedy clubs, theaters, country clubs, fundraisers, corporate events, or private functions, Hard G Comedy delivers a memorable show that can be customized for a wide variety of audiences.

Jason Gilleran

Jason Gilleran has been a part of Detroit’s thriving comedy scene since 2017. Along with his stand up comedienne wife Robyn, they are Hard G Comedy and have co-headlined Zanies in Chicago and Rosemont, Snappers in Fort Myers FL, Comedy Key West, The Attic, The Comedy Plex, The Underground Laugh Lounge and more. They also produce shows together all over Michigan. Jason is a regular at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle and One Night Stan’s and has performed in the 2025 Gilda's Laughfest and the Traverse City Comedy Fest in 2023 and 2024. His 20 years of experience as a Urologist (aka “the Dick Doc”) means he’s seen a few things. Things he can’t unsee. Jason brings a fast pace, almost absurdist view of the things he finds funny, like bad food, good music, and an ongoing mid life crisis as a Gen X husband and father. And yes, there are dick jokes.

Robyn Gilleran

Robyn Gilleran is a comedian based in Detroit and is the better (looking) half of Hard G Comedy with her husband Jason. This former fat kid and current actor/model is the mother of teenage boys and has a lot to say about growing up, motherhood and life in general. Robyn has performed on stages across the US including Zanies Chicago, Jimmy Kimmel's in Vegas, Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, One Night Stan's Comedy Club, Traverse City Comedy Club and Funny Farm, as well as Gildas Laughfest, The Traverse City Comedy Fest, the Stand U.P. Comedy Festival and the Detroit Women in Comedy Festival. She's sure to catch you off guard and teach you to never judge a book by her cover.
