  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Come join us for a relaxed long weekend in nature with friends and horses.

We have booked the entire campground just for us.

EARLY BIRD: Purchase your tickets prior to July 31st to secure your spot. We need minimum numbers to host this event at these grounds, so our members are given priority before opening to other ATHRA club members.

Campground Includes:

  • Full-use facilities

  • Bathrooms (Club will provide a shower)

  • Kitchen Area (unpowered)

  • Limited number of horse yards available to use

Schedule

  • Check in Friday afternoon after 2pm and stay until Monday morning. Depart must be by 10.00am

  • Saturday ride - long day ride (approx 5 hours). Ride out at 9.00am. BYO Saddlebag Morning Tea & Lunch.

    Saturday Night Cowboy Chili Dinner (vegan option available) by the campfire.

  • Sunday ride - shorter day ride (approx 4 hours) - Ride Out by 9.30am. BYO Saddlebag Morning Tea.

  • Stay the night or depart at your convenience.

Food

BYO Saddlebag Morning Tea for each ride, water bottles. Camp is fully self-catered except Saturday night's dinner.
