Join us for a transformative 90-minute session combining the healing power of sound and Reiki. "Vibrational healing" is designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, harmonising your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Expect

During this unique session, you'll experience the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. As you are bathed in these therapeutic sound waves, a certified Reiki practitioner will provide gentle energy healing, enhancing your overall sense of well-being. Followed by a group sharing circle, tea and small snacks.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a pillow and blanket to ensure you are cozy and relaxed.
Warm socks, as the feet can get quite cold.
