Join Bianca and Nicola for an immersive Reiki Meditation and Harmonic Resonance Sound Journey at a peaceful underground location central to Wellington City. Experience the sacred stillness of this inner-city sanctuary.

What to expect

Beginning with a warm welcome and a complimentary serving of blue lotus tea to assist you in deep relaxation.

Nicola of Soul Alignment Sanctuary will guide and ground you through a soothing and radiant meditation. Integrating reiki, light language, and planetary astrology, Nicola brings in the deep presence of the tree realms, anchoring grounding energy through our internal connections to nature.

You will then be led gently into a sonic sound bath of Astral Inquisitions with Bianca - lasting approximately 50 minutes.

Known historically for their deeply transformative benefits, enhancing brainwave coherence and healing, gongs will be at the heart of this journey with their full spectrum of harmonics and complex overtones encompassing a very aural experience.

These harmonic soundscapes become vast therapeutic landscapes as resonant frequencies harmonize and vibrate. Featuring a wide array of complementing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, resonating pyramids, medicine/ocean/shamanic drums - combining to create an immersive and meditative vibrational experience.

These waves can reach deep into your body and heal on a cellular level, so each individual journey is unique.

The sound meets you where you are, allowing for personal revitalization, enhancing wellbeing and creating a platform for personal growth.

You may experience physical, emotional, and mental relaxation, visions, self-healing, spiritual transformation, and tension release.

We will close with quiet re-integration, with space for journalling and a gentle return to the present.

I invite you to join us for an afternoon of sacred pause, inner clarity, and leave feeling more spacious, balanced and restored.
