Harmonies of Prana ~ A Soulful Journey through Sound, Movement & Mantra

🕉️ Join us in commUnity at the magical Awake Water Temple, on September 11th for a heart-opening evening of connection and soulful practices. 

Together we’ll weave sound, movement, and mantra in harmony into a collective journey designed to expand our spirits and open up our hearts so we may receive abundance of Prana - universal life force which will uplift, unite and inspire us as one.

We welcome you to the beautiful, sacred space of Awake Water Temple - a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, joyful release, blossoming friendships and personal growth. 🍃

✨ EVENING FLOW:

• ☕ 7:00pm – Cacao Ceremony: Opening the heart together with a cup of love

• 🧘‍♀️ 7:15pm – Yoga Flow: Awakening the body and spirit 

• 🎶 7:40pm – Kirtan: Raising our collective vibration through singing devotional mantras together in harmony, facilitated by special guests Flo & Janeth

• 💃 8:10pm – Ecstatic Dance: Moving freely and joyfully, letting go of tension, immersed in the present moment

• 🍲 8:40pm – Complimentary Dinner with Live Music: Enjoy delicious, nourishing food in community (vegan and gluten free). Live music by Sofi & Amrit.

• 🔔 9:00pm – Sound Healing: Melting into bliss as we take you on a powerful sound journey featuring didgeridoo, gong, handpan, piano, crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, throat singing and celestial vocals. 

• 🎸 9:30pm til late – Jam Session / chill out (optional): You are welcome to stay and play, connect with one another, learn about the goodness of Awake Water, or simply soak in the good vibes!

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS:

Amrit Indra is a multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, conscious hip-hop artist and sound healer whose vision is to transform and restore balance to the mind, body and soul through the power of sound. Amrit has a rich background in music, professional psychology plus training with the international Sound Healing Academy. Amrit is also the owner of Immortal Cacao, and facilitates cacao ceremonies to help open up hearts through the loving spirit of this medicine. In his sound baths, Amrit uses shamanic vocals including his signature style throat singing (a mix of Tuvan and didgeridoo flavours), handpan, piano and various percussion, inducing hypnotic states to clear blockages and release tension. Amrit facilitates workshops on voice activation and body percussion, encouraging individuals to discover the healing potential of their own natural vibrations.

🧘‍♀️ Sofia Merida is a Yoga Teacher Trainer and a daily practitioner of meditation and breathwork, weaving these practices into the rhythm of her life. Through yoga, she discovered a powerful gateway to presence — a space where breath meets movement, and emotion finds freedom through flow. For Sofia, the mat became more than a practice; it became a pathway to release, to reconnect, and to remember what truly matters. With a heart rooted in service, she’s passionate about guiding others to feel grounded, to soften into stillness, and to gently let go of what no longer serves them. Her teachings invite a return to self — one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.

✨ Stan Kyselov is the owner of Awake Water and custodian of the space we will be hosting our event. Stan's vision was to distribute the highest quality, highest vibration, blessed water to the people of Sydney and beyond. The outcome is Awake Water, organically energised and vibrationally charged, structured spring water sourced from a deep underground spring in the Southern Highlands. Stan blesses everyone with the healing tones of his didgeridoo and giant Tibetan gong and has passionately transformed the Awake Water warehouse into the ‘Water Temple,’ a beautiful space for sound healing and other wellness events, providing healing and conscious connection for so many people. He has hosted dozens of events over the years, creating a safe haven for an ever-growing community, abundant with love and the highest of vibes!
