This is the first in a new series of unique workshops facilitated by musician Nadav Kahn & teacher Angharad designed to activate, balance and expand personal experience and understanding of the Chakra energy system.
This workshop series will delve into:

Chakra Alignment - Understanding the significance of experiencing a healthy subtle energy system

Mantra Meditation - Diving deep into the science of sound vibration and chanting mantras to cleanse each chakra

Yoga - Moving the physical body into simple poses that support opening and energising the nadis, our chakra pathways

Pranayama - Practicing breathing techniques that enhance pranic energy flow and promote both vitality and deep relaxation

Community - Fostering a deeper sense of belonging and connection to others

Weaving together the elements of mantra, sound, yoga, mudra and pranayama, these workshops will foster a deeper sense of alignment and self-empowerment to navigate the daily challenges of modern life. Drawing on practices passed down from the lineage of ancient wisdom traditions, we will access these inner portals to cultivate more joy, peace and equilibrium in our lives. Suitable for all ages. No prior experience necessary.

About Angharad & Nadav:

Angharad is a free spirit who has lived the path of yoga for many decades. Now in her wisdom years she travels an adventurous path of self-exploration and expression, tapping into the magic and flow of life, and daring to celebrate the great playground of Planet Earth. Through navigating a path of healing personal trauma she has cultivated her own unique offering of ‘Nourish Yoga’ along the way, sharing what she has learnt with community near and far. Nadav Kahn is an APRA award-winning singer/songwriter, meditation & mantra teacher. He has released 12 records to date and has worked on many musical collaborations with artists from Maroon 5, Empire of the Sun, Gomez, as well as co-writing tracks for Steve Aoki, Aminé and Lior. Since 2005, Nadav has spent much time in India studying the spiritual and scientific properties of Vedic chants and mantra. He is inspired by the transformative power of music and the ancient science of sonic vibration, meditation and yoga as paths to self-discovery. Nadav produces mantra meditation courses to support mental health, only available on Insight Timer. Nadav regularly teaches at retreats, events, conferences, online courses and offers private sessions using sound and meditation as a modality for healing, team building and wellbeing. Through the science of sound, Nadav brings individuals and groups together to experience their greatest potential, peace of mind and connectedness.
