A sound bath is a meditative experience where you can relax, unwind and be “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” bowls can feel settling, harmonising, healing and restorative for the mind and body.

Come along with whatever is coming up for you, whether there’s something you’d like to experience more harmony with right now, or something you’re not quite clear about that’s coming in next.

The mind and body get the opportunity to relax into a similar healing, harmonising and restorative state that you might have experienced in craniosacral treatments with me before or in deep meditation.

All you need to do is lay down or be in whatever position feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

Come and take this time for yourself, to let your nervous system and body relax, restore and recharge.

Sound Baths with me are intuitively guided, synchronised and harmonised through mindfulness of the heart, allowing your mind-body system to feel at ease and comfortable to relax and unwind.

ABOUT ME

I work as a craniosacral osteopath from Clevedon Health Hub in the Clevedon Village.

Based in my background as a craniosacral osteopath and in my mind-body work online, I enjoy providing spaces and guidance so the body can relax, unwind and calibrate to the natural flow of health that exists within us and is constantly flowing through us.

With this restorative body-led approach, the body can unwind long standing stresses and strains, harmonise physical, emotional, or mental tension, and be in a conducive state to allow new thoughts, ideas and insights to flow.

So that things that we thought were stuck or uncomfortable get to feel easier and smoother and we develop more confidence in ourselves and in our body’s ability to reset, restore and flow.

I enjoy blending in principles from energy flows, Health, yoga, meditation, dance, music and nature.

I tune into the Heart and intuitively co-create each session unique for you.

WHAT TO BRING

* Yoga Mat (feel free to lay down, sit on a chair and be in a position comfortable for you)

* Cushion

* Warm Blanket (there will be heaters, and a warm blanket will keep you cosy and relaxed during your Sound Bath)

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration afterwards (your cells are in reset mode during and after the Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key)

WHAT TO EXPECT

* Gather, chat or relax in the space anytime from 8-8:10pm

* At 8:10pm we will begin with an Introduction to the session and the Bowls

* Followed by a meditation to relax and set intentions

* Leading seamlessly into the playing of the Sound Bowls for anywhere between 20-30 minutes

* There will be a meditation to bring you gently back to the awareness of your body, the space around you and set you up for going forward.

* Event concludes by 9pm.

ABOUT THE SOUND BATH

I will be using 7 Pure Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls which resonate at different harmonising frequencies, to assist your cells and whole self to resonate and calibrate to health, wellbeing and harmony.

You body does the work for you and attunes to the sounds in its own unique way for you.

I play the bowls intuitively and it is different every time.

The way the bowls are played is such that they resonate at a frequency which automatically matches to what and who is around them, meaning the sounds can harmonise whatever energy is present, and whatever your system is ready to receive.
