St. Michael’s Clinic invites you to immerse yourself in a peaceful sound bath experience, facilitated by Danielle Hall, Founder of SoundEmbrace, symbolizing our collective support for accessible healthcare. Our Executive Director, Nanette, will share the positive impact the clinic has in the community and how our services empower individuals and families by providing essential healthcare. Your generous support goes a long way in creating a healthy, thriving community. Afterward, enjoy light bites and meaningful conversations as we come together to make a lasting impact on the well-being of our community.

What to bring?

yoga mat

Water

And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)

Sound Healing has shown to support stress reduction, pain relief, and promote restful sleep. Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced in a Sound Bath Immersion included:

PLEASE NOTE: This is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, those who currently have thrombosis, have hypotension, or have sensory sensitivity. Sound Healing is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. People with medical conditions should consult their doctor. Results may vary from person to person.

Space is limited. We will have mats laid out to mark where to set up. Please bring your yoga mat to lay on top of the mats.

Media.There is a possibility with all sound bath sessions and events that pictures and video will be taken and shared on social media with the intention to make Sound Healing more accessible.
