Retreat and reset amongst the trees of Meelon with your friends, your partner or come on your own and discover a like-minded community of individuals.
Join us for this magical camping weekend of authentic connection, play, creativity, growth, compassion, community and heart expansion. This is an opportunity for you to be inspired by the performances and workshops of some incredible people who are doing what lights them up! With camping and glamping options, workshops for men and women… we have something for everyone.
What’s included? We will create an intentional temporary village and activate 3 venues to offer the following;
• Welcome to Country and Smoking ceremony
• Live Music and music workshops
• Dance performances and workshops
• Drumming workshops
• Craft and artistic workshops
• Forest walks
• Breath work and cold-water plunge
• Sound Healing
• Yoga
• Meditation
• Fireside chats and connection
• Fully catered with delicious vegetarian meals (vegan and gluten free options available)
Guests are invited to stay an extra night (Sunday) for integration. This will be unfacilitated and the exchange will be $22 ($77 for Glamping Guests). Guests and crew will work together to create a shared meal on Sunday night. BYO breakfast/snacks and depart by 10am Monday morning.

Rain will not prevent this event from proceeding.
Guests are asked to ensure they are adequately prepared in the case of bad weather.

Further Information for Attendees;
Camping onsite at the Harmony Forest Gathering is ‘Bush Style Camping’, it is rustic and basic, yet highly rewarding with exposure to our beautiful forest environment.
Port-a-loo toilets and outdoor rustic showers will be provided.
Babes in arms welcome (under 12 months).
What to Bring:
Plate, bowl, cup and cutlery (In order to make this a sustainable event. Wash stations will be set up to wash your crockery and cutlery). Drinking Water. Towel and toiletries
Warm Bedding {If you are staying in the bunkhouse, please bring a single fitted sheet also)
Tent (if you are camping)
Camp Chairs Swimwear (if planning to do the cold water plunge)
Torches and Camp Lighting
Yoga mat, cushion and blanket Journal and pen
Appropriate Clothing
Sun cream & mosquito repellent
Medicine drum, djembe drum and musical instruments if you have them.
Walking shoes
ILLICIT DRUGS AND PSYCHEDELICS ARE NOT PERMITTED. ALCOHOL MUST BE LIMITED TO 1 OR 2 STANDARD DRINKS AFTER 6PM.
We will be in a natural bush setting. Everyone will receive a bio-degradable garbage bag on entry. You will need to take your rubbish with you.
