Harmony in Nature 'Aussie Chi' has been derived from the ancient art of Tai Chi, with adaptation to nature here in Australia. Sessions are made up of Tai Chi moves embracing the Australian land, seascape, flora and fauna.  We work with breath control and balance in a holistic way, connecting mind and body. One example of the dances is the 'Emu dance' with the music of the late Gurumul Yunupingu. The sessions end with meditation focusing on nature for healing.

Please bring hat and sunscreen, drink and exercise matt (or folding chair if you prefer not to lie down).
