Harmony Week "All Welcome" community dinner

Harmony Week is the celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds.

It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.​

For Harmony Week 2023, Mildura Rural City Council are hosting a community dinner. Community members are invited to bring along a meal to share, hear stories from people in our community, and get to know each other. It would be fantastic if you could bring a dish that is special to you, your family, or culture, to share with others at the dinner.

We also need some volunteers on the night to be a table host, to help facilitate conversations between people. There will be a 30 minute online training for volunteers held online a few days before the dinner. If you are interested in volunteering, please email claire.galvin@mildura.vic.gov.au
