More than a Sound Bath....

Harmony Within is an immersive live sound journey where two experienced practitioners weave together gongs, singing bowls and therapeutic instruments to create a rich, evolving soundscape—an experience that simply can't be created by one practitioner alone.

As layers of therapeutic sound fill the space, you're invited to slow down, release the busyness of everyday life and settle into a state of deep relaxation. Each session is uniquely created in the moment, offering a fresh experience every time you attend.

Whether you're new to sound healing or returning for a deeper journey, Harmony Within offers a welcoming space to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.

Event Details:

Dates: Sunday, 9 August 2026

Time: 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM (75 minutes)

Pricing: $45 per session plus Humanitix fee

Venue: The Life Centre, 86 Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the session. You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help you settle in.

The sound journey follows, lasting approximately 60 minutes, and features gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other sound tools. These healing vibrations support deep relaxation and inner stillness.

You may experience physical relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm and renewal — each journey is unique. We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment.

Comfort & Practical Notes:

• Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks are provided

• You’re welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort

• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle

• Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to settle in

Parking:

No parking is available at the venue. As it is located on busy Jervois Road, please avoid parking there. We recommend parking on Prosford Street (just behind), where free parking is available.

Contraindications:

Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with sound-sensitive conditions, severe mental health conditions, or medical implants such as pacemakers. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider or feel free to contact me.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets may be on-sold/transferred to someone else (e.g. your friends or family members) if you are unable to attend.
