Description

Harmony in Change is a full-day retreat designed to help you embrace the natural rhythm of life through both movement and stillness.

Change is one of life's only constants. Seasons shift, our bodies evolve, our minds ebb and flow, and yet so often we find ourselves resisting what is already unfolding. This retreat is an invitation to discover harmony within change, to cultivate resilience through strength, softness through surrender, and balance through the practice of both yang and yin.

Throughout the day, you'll journey from energising Hatha yoga into deeply nourishing restorative practices, allowing your nervous system to move from activation into deep rest. Along the way you'll experience breathwork, mindful discussions, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and moments of quiet reflection, with a wholesome shared lunch to nourish both body and soul.

Whether you're navigating a season of transition or simply craving space to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, reset, and remember that peace isn't found when life stops changing, it's found in learning to move with it.

Expect:

  • Strong hatha yoga

  • Yin yoga

  • Breathwork

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Reiki

  • Sound Healing

  • Guided reflectoin

  • Nourishing lunch

  • Cacao and bottomless chai

  • Connection, community, and deep rest

Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and more at home within yourself.
