The Wellness Centre is a haven where you can take time out in a casual and serene atmosphere, nestled amongst five acres of secluded bushland and subtropical gardens, whilst focusing completely on health, healing and relaxation.

You even have the option of staying overnight in comfortable and affordable accommodation, secluded and concealed by landscaped gardens.

Wellness isn’t merely the absence of disease. Wellness is a proactive approach to our physical, emotional, social and mental health. One will experience wellness when they have a balance of physical and emotional well-being.
